RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at melyn.helpdesk@gmail.com within the 48-hour window.
  • Please mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos (if applicable).

Return Condition

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags & packaging intact.
  • Show no signs of damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or alterations.


Store Credit

  • We currently offer store credit instead of monetary refunds.

  • Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, you will receive a store credit coupon for the full value - shipping cost of the returned item.

  • The coupon will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The store credit can be redeemed on any future purchase at MELYN only once within 1 year.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Product Policy

Every order at MELYN goes through a thorough Quality Check before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, we’re here to help.

 

Report Within 48 Hours

Please email us at melyn.helpdesk@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your email should include:

  • Order ID

  • An unboxing video , Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 

Verification

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup (within India).

Resolution

  • Once the product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will:
  • Send a replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Issue a store credit coupon equal to the product value, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

 

    Exchanges

    • If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, mention it in your request.

    • A nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable for exchange requests. 

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
