Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags & packaging intact.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged if size is available.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Email us at support@melyn.in with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.
Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided address.
Refunds
Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
Refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, mention it in your request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
